Universal Builder’s Package
Universal design refers to broad-spectrum ideas meant to produce buildings, products and environments that are inherently accessible to both people without disabilities and people with disabilities.
J & G Homes’ Universal Design was developed in unity with occupational therapy, design, production and building professionals to create a product that accommodates human functionality. This was done through the use of wide hallways and doors, easy to operate appliances, user friendly bathrooms and kitchens and many more convenient features. Universal design is a wheelchair-friendly practice of designing a home to meet the needs of aging and/or physically challenged occupants.
