Bungalow
A bungalow style home is commonly a one-storey home with a low-pitched roof. These homes range in a variety of sizes from 1,106 sq. ft. to the 1,669 sq. ft. All bungalows feature 2-3 bedrooms including a master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. If you desire more space, these bungalow style homes are designed to have an 8 ft basement with an optional finish (priced per job).
Four Plex
A four plex is laid out with four dwellings in one building. This set up is ideal for young couples or families just starting out. These four plex’s range in size from 840 sq. ft. to 1,890 sq ft.
Cab-Over
The cab-over style is a very popular because of the privacy it offers with the separation of the master bedroom. Another key selling feature to this spacious home is it’s very open-concept on the main level. Our predesigned cab-over homes range in sizes from 1,383 sq. ft. to 1,761 sq. ft.
These homes feature a large front entrance foyer offering a coat closet, access to the attached garage, the lower level and create an inviting feel into the main level. These homes also come with an unfinished 8 ft. basement with the option to have it finished.
Two-Storey
A home is classified as a two-storey if it has two floors above grade (i.e. main floor and upper floor). This style of home features 2-4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. J & G Homes two-storey style homes range in size from 1,626 sq. ft. to 2,295 sq. ft.
Bi-Level
The Bi-level style home is a dwelling that is divided vertically into two ground-floor levels. These bi-level style homes 940 sq. ft. to 1,314 sq. ft of living space. The home features 2-3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bi-level home also includes a basement that is 4 ft. underground and 4 ft. above ground.
