The Generations
Vionell (Jared) Jacobson 3
CEO
Jared is the third generation of the Jacobson family business. Jared has worked with Jacobson and Greiner since 1991 doing numerous jobs on construction. He graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration from Brandon University as well as acquired his certification as a New Housing Professional through the Manitoba Home Builders Association. Jared has also become a licensed Realtor through the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Jared’s direction has been focused on the growth of Jacobson and Greiner, not only residential, but commercial, multi family, and life leases. He also oversees the material supply division and infrastructure division of Jacobson and Greiner. Jared’s main focus is to grow the company through acquisition of new company’s in the local market. He also focuses on maintaining the image as a quality builder which has helped the company gain an edge over the competition in the past. Currently, Jared manages to run multiple companies including J&G Homes, RONA Brandon, and Allen & Bollack Excavating and has many plans for the future of Jacobson and Greiner. Jared is a face in his company where he is constantly working hands on and one on one with his customer. Throughout your build, you will have the opportunity to meet with Jared as he continues to ensure your satisfaction is met and all your questions are answered.
Vionell (Jack) Jacobson Jr.
Jack is the second generation of this family owned business. Jack has been a part of Jacobson and Greiner since the age of ten and has his carpenter’s ticket as well as a degree in business administration. Jack has been a part of a large percent of homes built in Brandon as well as numerous other developments and projects. In 2005, after many years as president of his company, Jack stepped aside and has appointed his son Jared as president. Jack’s values have always been to build a quality product by “doing it right the first time” and his motto has been the trademark of Jacobson and Greiner Homes ever since. Jack has made tremendous strides in growing the business for himself and his family since the passing of his father Vionell Jacobson in 1997. Some of these accomplishments have been through establishing several developments throughout Brandon, adding many more rental units to the fleet of Vionell Holdings Property, as well as acquiring Homelife Realty which has grown tremendously over the past years. Jack still has projects underway and is firmly dedicated and active in the company.
